I’m not going to get involved in the 1d/charity trip thing, since other people have said everything I think about it and others have said a lot disagree with
I will say though, that the point that ‘the boys encouraging a young fanbase to give to charity may encourage them to give to the wrong kind of charity (e.g. IC)’ isn’t really relevant
They are specifically asking people to give to red nose day/comic relief
I don’t know if people outside the uk know too much about red nose day, that’s maybe why it’s been overlooked, but just to be clear:
